WELCOME TO PATANJALI RAJA YOGA

I worked in Govt service for 30 years. I retired in 2009 while I was working at the age of 35 years, I was seeking something more than think of births and deaths. In the beginning I thought what is physical body, mind and soul. While seeking ultimately I got answer for above from yoga sutras of Maharishi Patanjali. I fully understood that YOHA is a best service to lead successful life by getting good health, mind and soul.

 

I felt yoga is as my part of life, So that I thought that to start a yoga centre to cure disease/suffering of all people and to generate a good society. By doing yoga we can remove negative thoughts, jealousy, anger, tension, depression, insomnia, BP, diabetes, asthma, sinus, wheezing, knee pain, irregular menses, infertility, obesity and so on.

 

Yogaa as a lifestyle means far more than performing difficult poses or practicing breathing techniques. Rather, yoga is rich, encompassing philosophy about all aspects of how we live life. The ancient yogis spoke of the Eight Limbs of Yoga, which describe eight aspects of a yoga lifestyle.
